Policies for Recurring Chiropractic Adjustments
- Each monthly recurring charge entitles the patient to 4 visits in the month, visits not used in the month will expire
- No sharing of recurring visits - purchase a package to share visits
- Monthly recurring is a written agreement for a minimum of 3 months. Discontinuation of the program is the responsibility of the patient
- Additional visits within the month, in excess of 4 visits, are $25.00 per adjustment

- Packages can be shared with family and friends, initial new patient visit required when necessary
- Packages are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase

Massage Recurring Policies
- Additional massages in the month are the same recurring rate
- 24 hour cancellation notice applies: A no show fee will be charged when notice is not provided, see below for details and fees

Cancellation Policy:
We value your time and strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. To ensure fair scheduling and respect for our therapists’ time, we ask that you provide at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you fail to provide 24-hour notice or miss your scheduled appointment, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- 50-minute massage – $55
- 80-minute massage – $70
- 110-minute massage – $85
These fees compensate our therapists for their time and allow us to continue offering high-quality services. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
